Lori Howard is an ESL consultant, teacher educator and author of reading textbooks for adult ESL learners including the Read All About It and Read and Reflect Series. She is also the AEFLA/WIOA Title II Program Specialist Coordinator for CASAS specializing in IELCE, Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education. She has provided ESL teacher education in California, Florida, Illinois, Maine and Singapore and is a frequent presenter at state, national and international conferences. Her many years of experience in the field includes teaching ESL and Vocational ESL, administering ESL programs, being a TV/Video Teacher on the Los Angeles Unified School Districts’ Learning English Series and a Video Teacher on the Teacher Training Through Video Series, published by Pearson.
